About the event
This course is designed to provide the student with the background of how to evaluate and treat patients with disorders of the cervical spine. They will be taught basic clinical skills for diagnosing and treating specific syndromes affecting the cervical spine by recognizing signs and symptoms related to those syndromes. Through lecture and demonstration, the student will be covering topics in anatomy, biomechanics and pathology related to the cervical spine. Specific movement impairment syndromes related to the cervical spine will be introduced, as well as intervention strategies based on current evidence to remedy these impairments.
